Don’t know why but my Kotlin compiler feels slower even in comparison to Python

I mean IK Intellij is nice but I kinda like Vscode and that’s the ide on which I do program most of my stuffs, so I wanna know is there any extensions or some sorta optimization required or it’s just slow.
