When it takes longer to learn a build tool than the language it supports something is wrong. I really, really want to get into Kotlin. I’ve learned the language but every time I get into a project I end-up banging my head against the monstrosity that is Gradle and it seems I’m not alone (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=25801986). How do you all mange to deal with this beast? Maven?
