Is it useless to learn kotlin if you don’t wanna learn Java?for android devlopment

Kotlin I wanna learn android programing but ,I don’t think I wanna learn Java , and I can develop app in kotlin ,but with making app with java kotlin feels incomplete , can I develop a app with kotlin only ,is there any example of kotlin based app
