I work as a dotnet developer, but I was in a mood to code a bit last night and decided to make a simple rest api in Kotlin (a language I’ve never used).
Wow.
I honestly used to steer clear of springboot, I just enjoy ASP personally, but Kotlin was so smooth. The syntax made up for everything I don’t like about the spring boot/Java stack.
I’m going to experiment with it more, but I genuinely hope I can someday switch my career language to Kotlin.
