Looking to create a new KMM Module

I’m following the documentation to start sharing code between an iOS and an Android app.

The documentation (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/kotlin-multiplatform-dev/multiplatform-integrate-in-existing-app.html) says to create a new Kotlin Multiplatform Shared Module (under File | New | New Module).

My issue is that I don’t see this option under File | New | New Module as the Template is not listed.

As recommended I’ve updated:

  • Android Studio: Hedgehog | 2023.1.1 Patch 1
  • The KMM plugin: 0.8.1(231)-23
  • Kotlin: 231-1.9.22-release-704-AS9392.1.2311.11255304

What can I try to solve this? Thanks for the help!
