No Kotlin in the new OS of Google named “Fuchsia” (Android replacement)

According to Google, Fuchsia is:

“Fuchsia is a modern open source operating system that’s simple, secure, updatable, and performant.”

Fuchsia is the replacement for Android + Kotlin.
